Terms of Service
Last updated: 05/15/2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Vulpes (the "Bot") Terms of Service ("Terms" or "ToS"). These rules apply to everyone who uses Vulpes—you must follow them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Bot.
2. Agreement to Terms
By adding Vulpes to a server or authorizing it through Discord into your account as a User App, you agree to these Terms and any future updates. We’ll post all updates in our support server so you’ll always know what’s changed.
3. Eligibility
All users must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement (13) and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service & Community Guidelines to use Vulpes.
4. Limitations of Liability
Vulpes is provided "as is" and "as available." By using the bot, you agree that the developers are not liable for any damages, data loss, server disruptions, or moderation actions. Add Vulpes to your server at your own risk.
5. Terms of Use
- Don’t spam the Bot’s commands.
- Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot.
- You’re responsible for your own actions and any violations you commit.
- Anoxle and the management team reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to the Bot for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Don’t use the Bot for anything illegal or to break any laws.
- Don’t try to hack, reverse engineer, exploit, or access parts of the Bot you’re not supposed to.
- Don’t use the Bot to harass, bully, abuse, or harm others.
- Don’t send malicious or harmful content through the Bot.
- Don’t pretend to be part of the Vulpes Managers, Staff, or Anoxle.
7. Availability
We do not guarantee that Vulpes will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. All changes will be announced in our support server. If you keep using Vulpes after changes are posted, it means you accept the new Terms.
