  • Command Usage

When errors occur while using commands, we may log the command name, associated User ID, and timestamp for debugging

We use User IDs for:

  • General database purposes (private)
  • Blacklisting and abuse prevention (private)

We use Command Usage for:

  • Providing and improving our services.
  • Identifying and resolving issues / errors

4. How Your Data Is Protected

To ensure your information is safe, we follow these practices:

  • Everything is stored in secure environments
  • Access to data is strictly limited to authorized managers only.
  • Your data is obfuscated and protected before going anywhere

We use reasonable security measures such as encryption and obfuscation where appropriate.

We keep your information for only as long as it's necessary to provide the Bot's services and maintain abuse prevention systems

  • Users may request data deletion at any time

6. Important Note

If you are blacklisted, your UserID will be kept only in the blacklisting database and removed from all other databases. This data is kept for at least 4 years or until you are unblacklisted via a successful appeal.

7. AI Privacy

By using commands powered by AI, you acknowledge and agree that any content you provide may be used by our third-party AI providers to improve their services, according to their respective policies.

We use more than one AI provider.

8. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to any third parties. We will only share information if:

  • Required to comply with a valid legal obligation
  • Responding to lawful law enforcement requests

You may request:

  • Removal of your data
  • Access to the data we store about you
